The Dallas Morning News‘s Steve Brown ran a great article today on the current state of the Dallas real estate market. And, unless you’ve been living on the moon, you know that the economy is in bad shape. However, some believe that this is a great opportunity for growth that will eventually allow Texas to be first to rise from this financial quagmire.
In The Dallas Morning News article, Lucy Billingsley is optimistic about our future, “Danger and opportunity are two sides of the same coin. 2009 is the pivotal year in which we each establish our positions on what danger we face or what opportunities we are positioned to seize. To mix metaphors, you could also say that we have been playing musical chairs and the music stopped.”
