Philanthropy

Billingsley Company creates life-enhancing communities, not only for our residents, customers and employees, but in our surrounding community as well.

We believe that a business’s essential reason for being is to improve lives through social responsibility, corporate citizenship and having sustainable and responsible business ideals. Our approach in giving, like so many others, is driven to thank all those in our city for the success they have bestowed upon us. Through giving, we hope and believe that our own lives are filled with purpose.

Summer Enrichment Program

Tom Teague gave us $5,000  over a decade ago and said it was for us to do something meaningful for our employees. What a gift it was. He lit within us the joy of helping those we work with all day every day to give their child a special experience each summer.  Just the idea, the caring and acting on the care, has already reaped great joy for us all. And now over a decade later, we have helped hundreds of kids attend summer camps and enrichment programs, giving them experiences they might not have otherwise had.
