What We Do
Anyone can build a building. We are building communities. Communities that are rich with amenities and events designed enhance the experience of our residents, office tenants, and visitors.
Residents get to know their neighbors at our monthly happy hours, book clubs, breakfasts, and intramural sports leagues. For our office tenants, we host events so that you don’t have to. Events are a great way to keep your employees happy and engaged while on site, and are a great extension of your brand.
Billingsley Company has an in-house events team that manages a wide range of our on-site events – concerts, pop-up markets, fun runs, outdoor movies, tenant happy hours, resident events and more.
Our properties have a wide variety of event spaces from club rooms and conference centers to banquet halls and amphitheaters. If you have a special event, corporate event, holiday party, wedding, or you just need a meeting room space, we can find the right event venue for you.
