Anyone who has lived in the Dallas Metroplex for any length of time knows that “North Dallas” is a fluid line that represents Dallas’ own type of Manifest Destiny. There was a time when nothing existed between McKinney and Plano except for fields and the occasional gas station, and no one south of Belt Line had ever heard of a town called “Frisco”.
Today things are much different. “North Dallas” can now mean anything north of Addison, and south of 380. Billinglsey Company immediately saw this as a great opportunity. Gramercy on the Park, which begins leasing this summer, will take full advantage of the highly visible George Bush/Dallas North Tollway intersection.
