ONE ARTS PLAZA COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL SPACES—100% LEASED
Even amid reports of a failing real estate market, Billingsley Company’s One Arts Plaza has managed to lease out 100 percent of its commercial and real estate space. This helps strengthen the argument that Dallas was the least hit by the economic slump, and will be the first to recover.
One Arts, a multi-use property, is home to Knoll’s new showroom, Renée Rouleau Skin Care Spa, five of Dallas’ top restaurants, architectural firm Morrison Seifert Murphy, Thompson and Knight, 7-Eleven Inc., and CharlieUniformTango (CUT), a full-service post-production studio.

ORTHOFIX RELOCATES ITS MCKINNEY FACILITY
TO AUSTIN RANCH MASTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
(DALLAS, Texas) April 22, 2009—Billingsley Company today announced that Orthofix, Inc. will relocate its McKinney facility to Austin Ranch, a 1,900-acre master-planned community in North Texas. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for April 21, 2009 with Orthofix employees and local dignitaries expected to attend. Billingsley Company is the developer handling this build-to-suit.
Orthofix Inc.’s new facility will be located in Lewisville, Texas, the northern section of Austin Ranch along Plano Parkway just south of State Highway 121. It will contain 144,000 sq. ft. that will be utilized for manufacturing, warehouse space, and office space, including the state-of-the-art Orthofix National Education Center.

REALPAGE EXPANDS
RealPage Inc., a software provider for managers of apartment complexes, has announced plans to expand their headquarters inside Billingsley Company’s International Business Park, located in Carrollton, Texas.
Carrollton-based RealPage is adding 28,205-square feet to its facility by leasing the third floor of the building it’s in, which is located at 4000 International Parkway.—Dallas Business Journal.

BILLINGSLEY ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF GREEN POWER— Billingsley Property Services Inc., a division of leading Texas developer Billingsley Company, today announced its purchase of green power and its partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency’s Green Power Partnership. Billingsley is purchasing more than 1.3 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of green power
annually for a recently constructed office building at 6100 Plano Parkway in Plano, Texas.

BILLINGSLEY WINS RECYCLING AWARD— We are happy to announce that our new IBP-XV project is the recipient of the 2008 Green 3 Award (formerly the Environmental Vision Award) from the North Central Texas Corporate Recycling Association. Billingsley Company was presented the award on September 19, 2008 at the Dallas City Hall on Marilla Street in downtown Dallas.
To date we have accumulated 925.97 Tons of debris from the IBP-XV site. 920.1 Tons of concrete, wood, and metals have been recycled. Billingsley is very proud of our efforts towards recycling and other Green programs in all of our projects.
